These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Coco Bomba app ("the App", com.cocobomba). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Description of the service

Coco Bomba is an entertainment video game for Android devices, free and supported by advertising. It does not require registration or the creation of an account to play.

2. Usage license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the App on your devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the App or its content, except as permitted by law.

3. Age and use by minors

The App is available for all ages, including children, and complies with the Google Play Families Policy. We recommend that minors use it under adult supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's use of the App.

4. Third-party advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties and shown non-personalized and suitable for general audiences. We are not responsible for the content, products or services advertised by third parties. Data processing for advertising is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its name, logo, graphics, sounds and other elements are protected by the intellectual property rights of their owners. These terms do not transfer to you any ownership rights over the App or its content.

6. Availability and changes to the service

We strive to keep the App working properly, but we may modify, update, suspend or discontinue it at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, nor for the content of third-party ads.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. We will publish the current version at this same URL and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer.
